Skilling Chile's Centro De Entrenamiento Industrial Y Minero's

TAFE Queensland was invited to visit Centro de Entrenamiento Industrial y Minero's (CEIM) in march 2013 to conduct a training needs analysis and develop a project plan that aligned with its' Strategic plan. TAFE Queensland and CEIM agreed to work together to develop and Implement an Australian and internationally Recognised standards based training system for the delivery of training to Chilean mining organisations.

Since commencement, the project is currently on track to achieve the requirements of CEIM's 2013-20 Strategic Plan. All CEIM trainers are now certified to Australian and International teaching standards. The quality management system is being implemented and integrated into current CEIM processes.
