Modern culinary arts 

Immersing participants in the worlds of modern hospitality services, this program will enable participants to learn how to make and serve espresso coffee, provide exceptional customer service and learn the art of bartending. 

At the conclusion of the program, students will step into back-of-house operations for a fun workshop to experience a day in the life of a Chef and try their hand at cooking or baking in a commercial kitchen. 

Participants are invited to share their experience with classmates and their trainers at graduation.

Australia is a leader in IT innovation. TAFE Queensland is directly engaged with IT professionals to maintain the currency of our curriculum. Real world experienced trainers from the IT industry will share the latest trends in software design and development. This program is focused on sharing Australian industry insights and teaching introductory skills and techniques across IT majors. 

Participants are encouraged to be creative with their design and have collaborative discussions with their trainers and classmates about the direction of IT service industries. Participants are invited to present project work and share their experience with classmates and their trainers at graduation.
